The Canton Museum of Art is looking for new board members.

Responsibilities include:

• Establish policies and committees necessary to carry out the purposes of the Museum
• Endeavor to provide adequate funding of the programs and activities
• Select and appoint the Executive Director of the Museum
• Fix the terms of director's compensation, tenure & responsibilities
• Review reports on operations from the Executive Director and committees
• Yearly evaluation of the Executive Director

Board Meets:

• At the Canton Museum of Art
• the 4th Thursday of the month at 5:00 p.m., approximately 1 and 1/2 hours
